It works as stated. I bought this watch because of the reviews and functionality of the watch. I wanted to keep track of calories during the day. Set up was easy, just read the instructions fully and it is simple. You can enter your weight, maximum heart rate, etc, for the calorie tracker. It is handy to keep you in the zone that you want to be working out in. I never knew I was actually working out too hard to get the results I wanted. So it has made my workouts much more efficient.
The chest strap is actually comfortable, not bulky, and connects to my watch in just a second or two. I haven’t had any problems with the connection, like others have had, but I am assuming that is because I don’t have really tight abs yet.
I am not sure about the calorie tracker yet, it seems to state I burn a lot of calories, so not sure how accurate it is. I have been adding the heart rate, etc, into an online system of figuring calories and they seem to be right on with each other. I am just finding it hard to believe that I burn that many calories in a day. Maybe I do? Who knows.
Anyhow, It was a steal of a price, Sweeet deal.
